PRICES
The book’s price is AU$45.00,
plus packing and posting, and these costs will be added
during the Payal checkout process.
In Australia, postage will be
a flat-rate AU$15.00
for either one or two copies* to anywhere in the country.
Your book/s will be sent by barcoded Australia Post Express
Post with overnight delivery to all capital cities and most
major centres (subject to Australia Post’s usual terms and
conditions).
International airmail prices
(for one copy only*) have been standardised at:
- New Zealand AU$25.00
- Asia/Pacific AU$30.00
- USA/Canada AU$35.00
- Europe/rest AU$40.00

HANDLING AND DESPATCH
Over the next few summer months, please understand that,
while Chris is playing in the ABBA Mania performance
orchestra at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast, it may not
always be possible for him to immediately reply to emails or
to process orders on the spot.
You will, however, receive a
response to any enquiry within 24-48 hours, particularly if
you are requesting different arrangements for your order to
those set out above, and those options will be provided to
you by return email.
Because of Chris’ performance
commitments with ABBA Mania, book orders will usually be
despatched within the two business days following receipt of
your payment. Should there be any delay or variation to
this, you will be promptly advised by email.
AVAILABILITY
The books are on their way from the printers, and we expect
to be able to start sending out orders in early December.
Updates will be available by
email – either directly to you (if you have registered your
interest or placed an order) or through Chris’ Yahoo
announcements list – as well as on the
NEWS
page of this website and on Chris’ blogspot at
http://abbaletthemusicspeak.wordpress.com/
PACKED WITH CARE
Packaging will generally be one or more of:
bubble wrap liner envelope / Tough Bag / Padded Bag
depending on the destination (within Australia, these will
be the internal packaging inside the Express satchel). Chris
and his small team are avid bibliophiles themselves, and
your ordered copies will be packed with the same care with
which we like all our books to be handled, to help ensure
their safe arrival in your hands!

Registered post – either by
Platinum Express within Australia or by Registered delivery
overseas – as well as international express courier options
(via EMS to most countries) are also options which can be
advised and quoted to you before you place your order. Just

Please be sure to include a
note clearly setting out: the number of copies ordered, your
chosen delivery method, your delivery address and preferred

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Chris stands by his book, and assures you of
every care taken in packing and despatching your orders, but
obviously things can happen after that point which are out
of his hands – literally.
In the first instance, if you
have any concerns, please get in touch via the
CONTACT
links.
Should your ordered copy
arrive damaged, the first thing you should do, if possible,
is to take one or more digital photos of the book and its
packaging exactly as you received or opened it and email
them (with as much description as you feel is needed) to
info@christopherpatrick.com.au
and the issue will then be considered.
A refund or replacement copy
may be arranged, at the discretion of Chris and his team,
after consideration of all the facts of the matter.
Please note that there can be
no refunds if the book simply ‘isn’t what you thought it
might be’ – there are many real and appetising indicators on
the
PREVIEWS
page of this website, and you can be assured the book will
very likely be extensively discussed in the many forums of
the online ABBA community as well! |
